Our Response: Engagement
​
Often times parishes aren't in a position to hire a Young Adult Minister and budget for Young Adult Ministry programming. Our response takes us back the basics of evangelization.
Seek to build authentic relationships with other young adults
within the church community and beyond.
Be intentional about having meaningful conversations about faith.
Invite others into small group discipleship, area young adult ministry events,
and our annual young adult conference.

The Office of Youth and Young Adult Evangelization of the Diocese of Boise is actively identifying young adults leaders throughout the diocese who would be willing to learn how to:

engage in building relationships with about 5-7 young adults in their area who have a desire to continue to grow in their faith and have a desire to help others do the same.

These 5-7 would be invited into a small group Bible study.

These young adult leaders would then could identify those within the group who exemplify the ability to duplicate that process (identifying 5-7 young adults, build relationships with them, invite them into Bible studies)

Our hope is that this could lead to several small groups meeting in areas throughout the state.
Once relationships are build in this way these young adult leaders will point their small groups to larger gatherings locally and beyond:

Its our strategy to keep this simple and duplicable.
This strategy is supported by monthly conference calls for young adult leaders throughout the state
