Your presence among the parish and community (especially smaller towns) is key. They must know who you are.

Begin to find meaningful and visible ways to involve your teens in parish events

Its important that your priest voices support for you, your team, and the youth ministry.  His presence at youth ministry gatherings shows his support.

THREE

Your ministry must be outward. Find ways you can engage teens at the parish who are not coming and find ways to engage teens who have no affiliation with your church.

FOUR

By developing leaders among your teens you create the most important layer of youth ministry leadership.  Your teens have more access to other teens and teens at the local schools then you will ever have.
